one of the most common questions we get asked in the support department.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u201cHow do I submit a support ticket and associate a service item?\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>There will no doubt be a time where you need to contact us, whether it be for sales, support or just to ask a question.\u00a0 While you can contact us by email, we recommend that you log into our account management portal to submit a ticket.\u00a0 Submitting a ticket from within the portal means you can associate the service item in question which helps us to quickly and easily identify the service that you\u2019re contacting us about.\u00a0<br><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>First of all, you will need to go to the IOFlood account management portal and log into your IOFlood account by putting in your username and password, just like our friend Max here did.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Once you\u2019ve logged in, you need to navigate to the menu on the left side of the page and under \u2018Support\u2019 you need to select \u201cSubmit New Ticket\u201d from the drop down menu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"470\" Ticket\u2019 a popup window\u00a0 will appear that looks like this.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"944\" height=\"1021\" which contact you want to use, and you can add a CC from your contacts list if you want to from the drop down menus located here:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img do we strongly recommend that you associate the ticket with the service in question to help make it easier for us to identify which server you\u2019re contacting us about.\u00a0 Associating the service item is easy, as you can see here:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"942\" height=\"1025\" want to assign the ticket to.\u00a0 You can assign the ticket to a specific department by using this drop down menu here:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img will be notified by email on the contact email address you assigned to the ticket earlier, but you can also check the status of your ticket at any time by logging in to your account and clicking \u201cView Tickets\u201d from under \u201cSupport\u201d in the menu on the left.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"470\"
