As the leader of the company, I’m accountable for the end results achieved by our customers, employees, and partners. On a typical day, my duties primarily consist of three types of activities:
* Guide staff on how best to provide compassionate and effective customer service.
* Provide assistance to customers and staff for difficult or unusual requests and challenges
* Research and evaluate server and network equipment so IOFLOOD can provide customers with the best possible hosting services<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
